By accessing and using Commerce Calc ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Commerce Calc provides equipment finance calculation tools and customer relationship management features for finance professionals. The App allows users to calculate loan payments, manage client information, track deals, and generate proposals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store and are subject to their payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You retain all rights to the data and content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us the right to store and process your data to provide the services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Calculations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commerce Calc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commerce Calc from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
